Lots of small fixes but larger ones are:

• Fixed some crashes and bugs (like when switching flagships, and buying / selling ships)
• You can now dump cargo to fit more valuable loot
• Added lots of information / popups about leveling, buying/selling goods and UI improvements
• Tuned how mission areas are set and made the finding range of land parties larger
• Sell / buy is now swapped to conform with gaming standards (you click on something -> that item is sold (or bought if an traders item) instead of vice versa
• Tutorial state and progress is saved in save-files and tutorial highlights on screen the current item.
